Newtonian telescopes have always been the best-selling reflectors as they combine large apertures with an affordable price. The Sky-Watcher Newton Quattro 200/800 f/4 is a telescope with a 200mm aperture and 800mm focal length that is particularly suited for photographic use, thanks to its fast f/4 focal ratio and compatibility with the optional AO-SUPERCOMACORR coma corrector.

This instrument is very fast and allows for capturing the finest details of faint objects, but it can still be used for visual observation, especially for viewing galaxies, nebulae, or star clusters. Newton Quattro telescopes are the best instruments for observing or photographing faint objects at a very affordable cost. They are designed for deep-sky photography but also work very well as instruments for both faint-object and planetary observations. Lightweight and compact, despite its appearance, it can be used on EQ5-class mounts, but for photographic use, we recommend at least an HEQ5.
