Shipping and Delivery

On this page, you will find all the information regarding shipping methods, delivery times, costs, tracking, free shipping, cash on delivery, and insured shipping. Costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, order value, and selected method.

Processing and delivery times

Delivery times depend on product availability and the destination. The most up-to-date estimate is always indicated on each product page.

• Products in stock: handed over to the courier within 24/48 business hours of order confirmation (barring unforeseen circumstances or high processing volumes).
• Products not in stock: delivery times generally vary from 7 to 30 days. In these cases, the timeframe indicated on the product page applies.
• Major/minor islands and remote areas: delivery times may extend to approximately 3–5 business days from the moment the courier takes charge of the shipment, in addition to the processing times indicated above.

The times indicated are estimates and may be subject to change due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, seasonal peaks, holidays, courier operational delays).

Available shipping methods

At checkout, you will be able to choose from the shipping methods available for your destination. The main methods offered include:

• Bartolini Express Courier (Italy)
• Bartolini Insured (Italy)
• DHL Express Courier (Italy, if available)
• Payment on delivery (Cash on Delivery, if available)
• Insured payment on delivery (Cash on Delivery + insurance, if available)
• Europe shipping (rates and times vary by country)

Bartolini Express Courier (Italy)

Bartolini is our main logistics partner for shipments within Italy. Shipping is traceable via a tracking number. After handover to the courier, the customer receives a communication with tracking details.

Tracking

Once the order has been shipped, tracking will be made available to monitor the delivery status. Tracking update times may vary based on the courier's systems.

Free shipping

Free shipping is provided for orders with a cart total of €199.99 or more, according to the conditions indicated at checkout. The availability of free shipping may vary based on the destination, selected method, and product type.

Any additional services (e.g., cash on delivery and/or insured shipping) may involve extra costs even if free shipping is applied to the base method. The final cost and available options are clearly displayed at checkout.

Insured shipping

For some shipments, it is possible to select an insured shipping option (e.g., “Bartolini Insured” or “Insured payment on delivery,” if available). Insurance is an additional service that protects the shipment in the event of damage occurring during transport and/or similar events provided for by the carrier’s terms.

What it covers

• Transport damage detected and disputed according to the procedures indicated below.
• Any events covered by the selected courier's insurance policy terms.

Conditions and damage management

• Upon delivery, always check the integrity of the packaging and the product. In the presence of anomalies (dents, crushing, opening, obvious signs), it is necessary to accept with specific reservation, indicating the reason (e.g., “crushed packaging,” “damaged package”), or refuse the delivery.
• Keep the external packaging, internal materials, and product as received and document any damage with photos/videos.
• In the case of insured shipping, the claim process will follow the procedures required by the courier and/or insurance provider, allowing for the necessary technical time for verification.

Important: damage without insurance

If the order is shipped via an uninsured method, any damage occurring during transport cannot be refunded or replaced, except as otherwise provided by applicable legal guarantees. For this reason, we recommend selecting insured shipping, especially for fragile or valuable products.

Cash on Delivery (Payment on delivery)

Cash on delivery involves an additional cost indicated at checkout. Currently, the cash-on-delivery fee is €4.00, subject to any variations indicated during the purchase process.

The courier accepts payments exclusively in cash. We kindly ask you to prepare the exact amount to facilitate delivery.

Shipping to Europe

We ship to European countries. Times and costs vary based on the destination and the order value and are calculated automatically at checkout.

• Estimated times: generally 5–10 business days from the moment the courier takes charge of the shipment, barring unforeseen circumstances.
• Costs: variable based on country and order bracket; the total is shown at checkout before payment.
