1. Introduction and scope of application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products carried out through the website www.giordanoastronomia.it.

Accessing the site, browsing, and submitting an order imply full acceptance of these terms. If the user does not intend to accept them, they are invited not to use the site.

The site is managed by Skyrover S.r.l.s., which handles content and online sales via the Shopify platform.

2. Target audience and commercial policy

Sales are intended primarily for consumers, defined as natural persons acting for purposes outside their entrepreneurial, commercial, or professional activity.

Any purchases made by entities with a VAT number or for professional purposes do not benefit from the protections provided by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

Skyrover S.r.l.s. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that are deemed anomalous, incomplete, non-compliant with these terms, or incompatible with its commercial policy.

3. Conclusion of the contract

The sales contract is considered concluded at the moment Skyrover S.r.l.s. receives the electronic order and sends confirmation of receipt to the email address provided by the user.

Each order contains a summary of the products purchased, prices, applicable taxes, payment methods, shipping costs, and information on the right of withdrawal.

4. Prices and payment methods

All prices indicated on the site are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Product prices and availability may change at any time, but they remain valid and binding once the order has been concluded.

Payments can be made using the methods indicated on the site (e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other secure payment systems). Transactions are handled via certified external providers.

In the event of a refund, the crediting time depends on the payment method used.

5. Legal warranty of conformity

All products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for by articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code, valid for 24 months from the delivery of the product.

The consumer is required to report any lack of conformity within 2 months of discovering it, by sending a written notice accompanied, where possible, by photographic or video documentation.

In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, the consumer is entitled, at no cost, to the repair or replacement of the product, or, in the cases provided for by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

Any warranty extensions are governed by specific conditions published on the relevant information pages of the site.

6. Shipping and delivery

The shipping times indicated on the site are to be understood as indicative and may vary based on product availability and the chosen delivery method.

Upon shipment, the user will receive a communication containing tracking information for the order.

Detailed shipping conditions are available on the dedicated page of the site.

7. Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise specified.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method chosen for the purchase.

8. Processing of personal data

Users' personal data are processed in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, as described in the privacy policy published on the site.

9. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

In the event of disputes, the consumer may use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) tools or the European Union's ODR platform, accessible at the link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

In any case, the consumer's right to resort to the competent judicial authority remains unaffected.
