The SkyWatcher Newton 150/750 f/5 telescope features a sturdy 50.8mm (2") Crayford focuser with a 31.8mm (1.25") adapter and 1:10 micrometric focusing, which is superior to those found on similar telescopes from other brands. It allows for the use of 50.8mm wide-angle eyepieces (to obtain low magnifications and large fields of view) as well as the attachment of cameras with large sensors (such as digital SLR cameras): in this case, we recommend using the AOCORR coma corrector for f/5 telescopes, which flattens the field.

The SkyWatcher Newton 150/750 f/5 telescope comes standard with mounting rings and a Vixen-style dovetail bar, along with a 50.8mm LET 28mm eyepiece (providing 26x magnification) and a 6x30 finderscope.
