ZWO Anti-dew heating strip for cooled ASI cameras The anti-dew heating strip is used to prevent condensation on the front window of cooled ASI cameras. The kit includes a cable tie, the anti-dew heating strip, and a Y-shaped power cable. The thickness of the anti-dew heating strip is 0.2~0.3 mm. The Y-shaped power cable is designed to be connected in-line with the cooler's power supply for greater convenience. The thickness of the spacers is 0.3 mm and 0.5 mm. They are used to align the camera and the EFW. A 12V DC adapter with at least 0.35A is recommended, as the heating power of the strip is ~4.2 watts. It is possible to use the same power cable to power both the fan and the heater simultaneously, but make sure not to exceed the recommended amperage. How to use: • Peel off the protective film from the adhesive tape. • Place the anti-dew heating strip on the front side of the camera and ensure the black cable is in the correct position (next to the DC plug at the rear end). • Tie the black cable to the camera body with a cable tie. • Connect the power cable and you're done.
