The EQ5 SynScan mount is a solid base for your telescope, whether you want to practice astrophotography or just visual observation. The micrometric movements on both axes allow for smooth and precise tracking. It is motorized with the Synscan Wi-Fi system via the included module, which will also allow you to practice long-exposure astrophotography thanks to the ST4 port integrated into the system. Additionally, the included polar scope allows for precise polar alignment, thanks also to the accurate azimuth and altitude adjustments.

It can accommodate telescopes equipped with a Vixen dovetail bar, thanks to its mounting saddle. It has a maximum payload of approximately 10kg, allowing it to support Newtonians up to 200mm in diameter, refractors up to 120mm, or short-tube 150mm refractors, as well as SCTs up to 200-230mm. It can also be controlled via computer using the excellent EQMOD drivers, which are available for free on the internet. The steel tripod has an adjustable height from 80 to 130cm and provides great stability to the system.
