SESTO SENSO 3 LS is the robotic focusing motor specifically designed for telephoto camera lenses, such as Canon, Nikon, and others. Based on SESTO SENSO 3 technology, it introduces the new Lens Gear Clamp (LGC), a direct-drive gear system that ensures smooth, precise, and backlash-free focusing. By integrating position encoders, USB-C, and Wi-Fi, SESTO SENSO 3 LS brings the precision of astrophotography to photographic optical systems.

Lens Gear Clamp (LGC): precision without belts

The LGC system connects the motor directly to the lens's focus ring, eliminating external belts and mechanical backlash. The interchangeable rubber gear adapts to different focus ring widths (6 mm and 18 mm), ensuring maximum grip and smoothness.

Integrated encoder and total control

The high-precision encoder allows you to manually rotate the focus ring while maintaining the motor's position. The Automatic Position Recovery function automatically returns the focus to the previous position in case of accidental movement.

Compatibility and quick mounting

Thanks to the integrated Arca-Swiss mount, SESTO SENSO 3 LS can be secured to a Vixen PLUS dovetail bar in just a few seconds. For lenses without an L-bracket, an optional Secondary Support for Photo Lenses is available.
