iOptron GEM45 GoTo Mount with LiteRoc Tripod

• Thanks to large levers, the quick-lock drive engagement system can be easily engaged or disengaged even while wearing gloves. The internal cable management system prevents tangles or snags.

The LiteRoc tripod is a new tripod developed by iOptron that is as light as possible but as stable as necessary. It is therefore very well suited for transportable mounts used by mobile observers and astrophotographers. Compared to the previous version, the LiteRoc tripod has a more stable support for the extendable tripod legs and larger locking levers. The upper tripod legs have a diameter of 45 mm (1.75") and the lower section is 38 mm (1.5"). This makes the extendable legs just as strong as those of the previous 2" tripod. Thanks to the narrower design of the upper section, the LiteRoc is lighter.
