Celestron SLR Camera Adapter with 2x Barlow
The T-Adapter with 2x Barlow is used in conjunction with a T-Ring to connect an SLR (film) or DSLR (digital) camera to a telescope. This special adapter is universal and compatible with most telescopes featuring a 1.25" eyepiece holder; thanks to the integrated 2x Barlow lens, it shifts the focal plane out from the telescope, allowing focus even on small Newtonian telescopes (114, 130). It can also be used visually, as a standard 2x Barlow lens for 1.25" eyepieces. It may cause vignetting (a drop in light at the edges of the image), especially with full-frame DSLRs.
