Celestron CrossAim Illuminated Eyepiece
This multi-function guiding eyepiece features a laser-etched double crosshair reticle and comes with a battery-powered illuminator that lights the reticle in red and includes a brightness control switch. The eyepiece is multi-coated, has a 12.5mm focal length, and an apparent field of view of 40°. Batteries are included. It is suitable for manual guiding during long-exposure astrophotography. It is also extremely useful for improving accuracy during initial alignment procedures for GoTo telescopes and for performing precise polar alignment of equatorial mounts. It can also be used to estimate the position angle of double star components.
